1Who we are

Talvexo ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based business that books qualified sales meetings for technology and software companies through phone-first outreach. Talvexo is operated by Nicolas Charlet and is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

2What this policy covers

This policy explains how we handle personal data about the people we contact as part of business outreach (prospects and their colleagues), visitors to this website, and our clients and their representatives. It tells you what we collect, why, the legal basis we rely on, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have.

3The personal data we process

For business outreach, we process limited business contact information, typically:

• Name and job title
• Employer or organisation name
• Business email address and business phone number
• Professional profile information, such as a LinkedIn URL and publicly stated role or responsibilities
• A record of our contact with you, and your preferences (for example, if you have asked us not to contact you)

We do not seek out or process special category data (such as health, religion, or political views) for outreach, and we do not target individuals in their personal capacity as consumers.

4Where we get your data

We obtain business contact data from three types of source:

• Directly from you, for example when you reply to us, accept a meeting, or get in touch through this website.
• Publicly available sources, such as company websites, professional networking sites, and public business directories.
• Reputable third-party business data providers that supply professional contact information, including Apollo.io.

Where we have not collected your data directly from you, we provide this policy at our first contact so you know how to exercise your rights. This satisfies our obligation under Article 14 of the UK GDPR.

5Why we use your data, and our lawful basis

We process business contact data for the following purposes, relying on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR:

• To contact relevant professionals by phone and email about Talvexo's services and about the services of the clients we represent, where those services are relevant to your role.
• To plan, run, and manage outreach campaigns, including keeping records of who we have contacted and the outcome.
• To keep a suppression list so we can honour opt-out and objection requests.

Our legitimate interest is promoting relevant business services to the people most likely to make or influence the relevant decisions. We have assessed this interest against your rights and freedoms (a Legitimate Interests Assessment), we only contact people for whom our outreach is relevant because of their professional role, and we make it easy to opt out at any time. Where we work with clients, we may act under contract or our mutual legitimate interests in delivering the agreed service.

We send business-to-business marketing in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). Every message identifies us and offers a simple way to opt out.

6Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary, with:

• Service providers who process data on our behalf, such as our customer relationship management (CRM) system, email and telephony infrastructure, and data enrichment providers. These act on our instructions under a data processing agreement.
• Our clients, where you agree to a meeting or to be introduced. In that case we pass the relevant contact details to the specific client so the meeting can take place.
• Professional advisers or authorities, where we are required to by law.

7International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on an appropriate safeguard recognised under UK data protection law, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement (or the Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses), so that your data stays protected.

8How long we keep it

We keep prospect contact data only for as long as it is useful for outreach. If we have no meaningful engagement, we review and remove it. If you opt out or object, we stop contacting you and keep only the minimum information needed on our suppression list to make sure we continue to respect your choice. Data tied to a client relationship is kept for as long as needed to deliver and account for the service, and as required by law.

9Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• Be informed about how we use your data (this policy)
• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Have your data erased
• Restrict or object to our processing, including an absolute right to object to direct marketing at any time
• Data portability, where it applies

To exercise any of these, email privacy@talvexo.com. We will respond within one month. There is no charge in most cases.

10Cookies and this website

This website is intentionally lightweight. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use a privacy-friendly analytics service (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to see aggregate visitor numbers and which pages are useful. It uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not identify, track, or profile individual visitors, so no consent banner is required. If we ever introduce cookies that do need your consent, we will update this policy and ask first.

11Complaints

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, please contact us first at privacy@talvexo.com and we will do our best to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If we make a significant change, we will make that clear.
